Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At SkyZen, every product is made-to-order with care and attention to quality. As our products are printed specifically after an order is placed, we maintain the following policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.

Size Exchange Policy

We understand that choosing the right size online can sometimes be challenging.

If your purchased item does not fit as expected, you may request a one-time size exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

  • Size exchanges are subject to stock and product availability.

Once the returned item passes inspection, a replacement in the requested size will be processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Defective or faulty

  • Different from the item ordered

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, kindly provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs showing the issue

  • Images of the packaging (if applicable)

Upon verification, we will provide either:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund

at no additional cost to you.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • The order cannot be fulfilled by SkyZen.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

As all products are made-to-order, cancellations cannot be accepted once production has begun.

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Cases

We are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer (except under the Size Exchange Policy)

  • Personal preference regarding color, design, or fit

  • Minor color variations due to screen or display settings

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances
